Start off your day both energized and more relaxed. New Hatha Level 1 Yoga Class for early risers. This class begins Monday February 4th and will meet every Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:00 am.
Yoga For Beginners; a Four Week Foundation Course. February 5-February 28. Classes will provide new students with an introduction to basic yoga philosophy, meditation, breathing techniques and postures while experienced students refresh and fine-tune their personal practice.
