On Saturday, April 18th, Amy Sanford will be leading a free yoga class in conjunction with Stephen F. Austin State University's Earth Day celebration. The first class is for adults, and will begin at 11:00am. The second class will begin at 1:00pm, and will be geared towards children. Both classes will take place on the SFA Intramural Field, located across the street from Pecan Park.
Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Sunblock and water are also recommended. See you then!
