Stephanie Campbell will be teaching a five-week long yoga foundation course, beginning on October 20th and ending November 19th. This class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am
This introductory hatha course is appropriate for those just beginning their yoga journey, as well as seasoned practitioners who would enjoy a return to the basics. Students will be taught fundamental yoga postures, meditation techniques, and breathing exercises, as well as the many health benefits of yoga.
