This Saturday only, the Old Town Gospel Project will provide live music for the Saturday morning yoga class at 9am. There will be guitar, mandolin, dulcimer, harmonica, drum and vocals to accompany your practice! This should be a fun collaboration for everybody.

Morning Glory Yoga Studios is located in downtown Nacogdoches and offers a variety of classes and events to enrich the health and well being of every student.

We believe yoga is more than simply stretching your body or getting a good workout (though that is certainly part of it!). By encouraging students to maintain a practice that is both consistent and challenging, Morning Glory Yoga Studios seeks to help our members strengthen both body and mind while promoting a lifestyle of conscious compassion.
