Saturday Class Cancelled, 10.30.2010

This Saturday, 10.30.2010, the 9 am class is cancelled as I will be out of town. Also, the streets near and
around the studio will blocked off and sidewalks lined with people awaiting the SFA Homecoming Parade that begins at 10 am. Enjoy the weekend! See you all on Monday!

Morning Glory Yoga Studios is located in downtown Nacogdoches and offers a variety of classes and events to enrich the health and well being of every student.

We believe yoga is more than simply stretching your body or getting a good workout (though that is certainly part of it!).
