New Gentle Yoga Classes Offered at Morning Glory Yoga Studios: Classes Make Yoga Accessible to All.

Morning Glory Yoga Studios will be offering new Gentle Yoga classes beginning March 13, 2012. Gentle Yoga is appropriate for those interested in increasing strength, flexibility and balance in a calm and meditative environment. These classes are suitable for students of various ages and fitness levels. Yoga postures will be modified and the use of props will be utilized in order to meet the needs of each student. The importance of healthy breathing will also be emphasized.
Students should wear comfortable, moveable clothes and will remove their shoes during the class. A yoga mat is recommended but not required.
Certified yoga instructor, Stephanie Campbell, will teach these classes. Campbell also holds certifications in Gentle, Chair and Senior Yoga and, as a member of Yoga Warriors International, is trained to teach yoga to combat veterans.
The course, which begins March 13, will take place Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 4:15 – 5:15 pm at the Morning Glory Yoga Studios in downtown Nacogdoches. Call (936) 715 – 9909, or email mgyoga@gmail.com, for information and to register.
