Memorial Day

In honor of Memorial Day on Monday, May 31 2010, Morning Glory Yoga Studios will offer just one class. The class will take place at 9:00am and is open to all levels. Hope to see you there, and happy Memorial Day!

Classes will be canceled Wednesday 7:00pm and Thursday for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Class Canceled

Just a quick reminder - the 9am class tomorrow, October 17th, will be canceled. Instead, the Studio will be hosting Kimberly's workshop at 10.

Labor Day Schedule

Monday, September 7th, is Labor Day, and Morning Glory Yoga Studios will be altering
our regular schedule only slightly.
Classes will be held as follows:

All morning classes (8:30 and 10:30) and afternoon (4:00)
remain as regularly scheduled.

Evening classes (5:30 and 7:00) are canceled.

Class Canceled, and a Health Fair

On Wednesday, August 5th, the 10:30am Beginner's Yoga class will be canceled this week only. All other classes will be held on Wednesday, including the 7:00pm Beginner's Yoga class. The 10:30 class will be held as scheduled outside of this adjustment.

In lieu of teaching this class, Amy Sanford will be taking part in the Mommy and Me Health Fair, located at the C.L. Simon Recreation Center at 1112 North Street. This event takes place from 10am to 3pm, will feature children's activities, informational booths, family-centered classes (including an 11:00am family yoga glass led by Amy!) and door prizes. The event is free and is held in honor of World Breast Feeding Month, so stop by for a fun and educational time!

Cancellations

Sadly, the Intro to Ashtanga Yoga Workshop has been canceled due to Hurricane Ike. We will reschedule soon. Karen has already proposed future dates and I am looking at the calendar to determine what lucky day that will be!

The studio will be closed all day tomorrow, Saturday, 09/13/08. Monday's schedule will depend entirely on the weather.

In the meantime, practice yoga at home:)

Classes Canceled

The evening classes are canceled. The studio will re-open tomorrow and classes will be held at their regularly scheduled times.

Since classes are canceled today, the Wednesday, 5:30 Hatha II is open to all levels of practice. Come one, come all!!

Gustav is Coming to Town

Today, Labor Day, the 3:30 and 5:30 classes have been canceled. Tuesday morning, 7:15am and 9:00am classes have also been canceled.

We will keep a close watch on Gustav and see how the weather plays out over night and throughout the day and keep you posted on the evening classes.
